I am pretty fed up with your support right now. I have opened a case on November 8th and it still has not been resolved yet. Our initial support technician could not figure out the issue and we were told it would be escalated. We have not been able to get any more help after this. We have called several times inquiring what the status and are keep getting told we would get a call back.<\/p>\n

I pay for the highest level of support, Premier, but will definitely be switching to the lowest level of support as we are not getting what we paid for.<\/p>\n
