Does anyone use Wyse Thin Client C50LE with VMView 5? The clients boot with 4.6 and we need to upgrade them. I’ve never had to do this in the past on anything except re-purposed PC’s. Can anyone offer insight?

Don’t you just use TFTP to update these things, get the image from Wyse, and then have them PXE it? Contact Wyse Support and they should be able to help you.
You’ll want Wyse Device Manager (Workgroup Edition) to manage/upgrade them. If this is a dell version, call Dell support they should hook you up.
We’ve been doing a lot of internal testing, and have found some way better/cheaper options lately for VMware View 5.1 (Wyse has been getting too slow coming out with updates for our tastes). Think some of the clients are in 200’s range, and are beating our $600 Wyse Zero Clients.

What did you all choose over Wyse?
10zig. We’ve started selling them as the cost/performance is beating wyse pretty hard.
