Upload Staff photo when log on to Spicework Helpdesk

hi,

when chose the active directory for logon to portal , how can set the spicework to upload the User photo automatically ?

Welcome to the community!! Are you using the local or cloud helpdesk? I would think that in either way the Admin should be able to do this. What are the steps you are using right now?

Hi,

thanks for coming back,

we’re using a local Helpdesk , and right now we sue the email to log on to portal .

as for the admin, well I’m supposed to be the new"admin" , which takes me to the next request, that is if there is any manual or guidance I can use to be more familiar with the spicework.
