We definitely support networked UPSes. Most of our testing with networked UPSes was with Eaton, APC, and Tripp Lite devices. It sounds like the device you’re using deviates a bit from the standard MIB.
If you can get an SNMP walk of one of the devices having the problem I can create a defect for the dev so he can likely add support. Here are directions for performing the SNMP walk http://community.spiceworks.com/how_to/show/2126 . If you’ll PM me the results I’ll get a defect in for it.
