All users have to be admins to do what is needed. I need the help desk techs to be able to edit inventory, merge, add workstation’s, etc. but not reassign their tickets, change scans or delete devices basically not have full control of Spiceworks. But, the only way I can give them their needed access is by giving them admin access. Has someone come up with a plug in that works for giving rights based on roles that are different than the ones that are now in spiceworks?
