We’ve recently just migrated from ST14.2 to Connect (build 21.87.9127.0).

A user contacted our Help Desk as he is unable to delete any voicemails.

As I have a newer Connect client (213.100.3271.0) I logged in as him on my computer and, sure enough, the Delete function does not work. If I forward one of his VMs to my own account, I am able to successfully delete it.

Anyone see this before (and have a solution)?
