Wedding in a Month

So, my wedding is a month from today. That’s kind of scary. So little time, so little to do. Thank God for my fiancée as she and her mother have done all of the planning and kept my involvement to a minimum. I just have to show up dressed the part and say I do. Though I am looking forward to being married to my best friend and quite frankly, the only woman on this earth that is willing to put up with my bullshit. (Included one of my favorite pics of us. It embodies our relationship well.)

If I were me I would have stayed unmarried and stayed with my wife. We were together 8 years before we got married. Marriage just seems like such an unnecessary ceremony/ritual. Just me though.

Congratulations! I just got married in July and I do not envy where you are in the process. Planning a wedding sucks (at least for someone like me who is not into planning stuff and gets stressed out by having to manage so many moving pieces/people). But the wedding itself will surely be amazing. Plus, if your fiance is your best friend, you are making a great decision. Have a great time and try not to get too bogged down in all the stress!

I don’t particularly like people. My S/O on the other hand is very extroverted, so there are going to be between 250-300 guests at the wedding. Of that number, I only care to speak to about 5 and those 5 all happen to be my groomsmen.
