Are all users iPhone users or are you speaking about generally, including desktop browsers?

From mobile data or company broadbands/leased lines too?

Does the company or any of the users clear cookies on browser exist as this would do it.

You might want to write directly to support@spiceworks.com so that you can provide the information for the individuals that are having trouble. They might be able to troubleshoot it with additional detail (which shouldn’t be posted in this public forum).
