I recently passed the Network + exam. I have finally got all of what I like to call my foundation certifications, A+, Security+, and Network+ but now I am wondering where to go with my studies next. Anybody have any thoughts or recommendations. I understand that others may not consider the three previous exams foundations, but for me they were.

Go for the CCNA R&S, I guess.

What direction do you want to head in? I could suggest a course on ITIL but if you have no interest in Service Delivery that is pointless, likewise a course on C++ or Python.

Maybe you’d like to be a Server Admin but you have not said so, so perhaps I shouldn’t suggest MCSA: server 2012.

Maybe Linux is where your interest lies, yet you haven’t done the Linux+

Basically I’m asking for more info regarding your ambitions as the community here really can’t help you with what little you have just posted. You’ll just end up with a directionless list of courses

Kkyishkkii’s got the right path. Just make sure your next certs benefit you in some way that you would like to go with your career and you gain knowledge from it that you do not already have. Good luck!

Cisco CCNA and Microsoft MCSA are great choices.

Have a look at the certification courses that Unitek Education offers.
