Which Wire frame software do you use?

For the web designer/developers out there, What Wire Frame tools do you use if any?

I am looking for something Free and if need be compatible with Linux. Online of Offline, doesn’t matter to me. I also want to see what others are using.

Inkscape; I’ve just started using it in the past few months as I’m in a new position/employer, and I really like it.

I’ve used Inkscape in the past, though these days for page layout I generally just use some css elements with a temporary border. Saves the trouble of having to translate your layout into markup, if it’s already in markup.

Perhaps I will look at Inkscape I use WordPress currently and just go on the fly but a wire frame would probably save me some time in the long run. I like the CSS idea but I don’t know enough CSS code to do a layout.
