Hello,

I have some desktops still running Windows 10 21H2 but when I log into WSUS to try push 22H2 as an update I can’t see the 22H2 package anywhere - I have the product and update classification set as per the Instructions to Upgrades and Windows 10 but still nothing shows what am I missing here?

You have the Product “Windows 10” selected not with a version or anything else behind it and you have the classification “upgrade” selected on the classification tab? I know you said you have the product and update classification set as per the Instructions, but I’ve seen people select Windows 10, version whatever thinking it was windows 10.

The other thing I would check is the declined updates just to make sure you or another team member didn’t accidentally decline the update.

Hi @shanewilliamson thanks for your response,

Yes I have just the Windows 10 option selected:

On the WSUS server when you are in “update services” go to your group of computers and you should see a option for status and toggle “failed or needed”. When on the failed or needed selection double click on a computer and go to page 2 and you should see a screen that says what updates a computer wants. This is the best way to go by and find updates that yourcomputers will actually accept from the WSUS server and will link you to where you need to go to approve the updates.
