Your system is using BIOS and not UEFI and doesn’t have TPM2.0.

You can use Rufus to modify the ISO and run it on unsupported hardware, however, this patch may at any point be disabled meaning you may not get updates or fixes, putting you in the same spot.

I have the same issue. I do plan to replace my current PC, but don’t plan to stop using it. My goal is to reload it with Linux and have an extra PC that we can use.

If you feel that you must have Windows 11, then the suggestion by @Rod-IT is the way to go, but like he said, it may not always get updates depending on what MS does in the future.

This is the ‘fix’ I’m running, knowing full well it’s only a band-aid to keep my perfectly good streaming-service only laptop working for another year…trying to not buy something just because MS says it’s outdated even though it still works better than 90% of brand new machines!

Personally for a streaming system I would probably use Kodi or Plex on a Linux OS for less resource overheads

If/when the day comes when it no longer takes updates I will consider replacing the OS but it’s already more than a decade old and has served well…it’s a first-gen Lenovo X1 Carbon.

Your CPU is 15 years old, WAY too old to have multiple of the necessary protocols and security design features to support Windows 11 unfortunately.
