should be a good starter is you’re using windows firewall. If you’re using a third party firewall this should at least get you in the correct direction

yes we are using windows firewall

If you are using the firewall and blocking the ports, you will need to open them. I’m not clear as to your question.

This help page is also a good starting point to help you figure out how to resolve your scan errors:

Hey Martin,

I have followed your guide, but when I want to enable “Allow ICMP exceptions” I need to specify what I want to allow.

This is where I’m blank. Can you guide me to where to put the checkmarks?

Thanks.

Depends on what you need but you’ll need at least the spireworks server or remotecollector (which ever will monitor - I open up all the subnets on our WAN here so I can use 1 GPO across the company)
