We have a Workday integration wherein when HR creates a new user in Workday, the Enterprise Application takes that user info through Entra then writes it to on-prem AD. My ultimate goal is to automate the creation of a ticket in Solar Winds Service Desk as a result of that execution.
Before I spin my wheels for days trying to reinvent sliced bread, has anyone done something like this before?
My first though was to use Power Automate, triggered by the “Workday HCM” module, but that is a premium module so is off the table.
