In less than a week I will start work at a data center, my first ever, and I am not 100% sure what I will be doing. I am being brought on as data center hardware support tech, and best I can tell is that I will be doing break-fix and the occasional ticket. The job description make it seem more involved, but after talking with the manager and recruiter about the job, I seem to be back at my original opinion.<\/p>\n

Mine were pretty boring. Rack an stack, tons of cabling, power charting… You may not wind up with half that much.
