Great product

I love ZohoAssist, it is so much easier to use than its competitors (TeamViewer, Logmein123 etc) the cost it also a lot cheaper so it is definitely my choice for remote support software. Thanks SpiceWorks for introducing me to this!

Good Stuff

Fast, easy to use, lightweight, and priced right.

The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. (Spiceworks said to add more words because my review was too short. Makes no sense to me. Why use a bunch of words when not necessary?)

What are the pros?

Awesome Product

Fantastic product that is free to use; I have no issues connecting with clients. It provides a panel with some excellent functions to help you assist that end user. It also has a chat feature so you can easily communicate with clients while remote on the computer.

What are the pros?

A free product that allows you remote connection into the computer with generated URL. I live by this product because before we had anything in place, I used Microsoft teams to remote into the computer. So you can only imagine how in disbelief I was finding and using the platform it made life a lot easier.

Works as intended

I used this at a previous company, it worked fairly well for remote assist functions. It wasn’t until later seeing other features in ScreenConnect and other solutions that showed a couple improvements Zoho Assist could make. I don’t see too many companies using it anymore but Zoho has typically put out some decent products. I just looked at their website to check out any latest features, and it seems their interface and feature set have both improved drastically.
