The update has been performed as reccomended and proceeded smoothly, one layer of dificulty has been passed… Phew… :slight_smile:

Now all the Helpdesk functionality seems to be working… Which we did not mention before anyway as I wasn’t sure I had not misconfigured it.

Now however the SQL addon has passed the authentication phase on SQL 2005, but is providing no data, says simply “No data yet available.
Check back in a few minutes” continuously. I’ve tried 2 servers with the same result. We checked and both servers are configured to be accessed from the network and there are apps drawing data from both databases over the network no probs.

It also does not seem to see nor offer the SQL 2008 instances/servers housed on server 2008. The network scan does find the server 2008 hosts and reports no scan errors doing so. The scan of these hosts also reports under the software tab that SQL 2008 is installed.

Not sure that this is the right place to post this, but it does feel like a continuation of the same issue. Thank you.
