Chaotic Neutral all the way. I do ask my coworkers to put in a ticket afterwards, but they usually don’t follow up with that. If there were more staff members in the IT “department”, it may make more sense to start heavily enforcing tickets.

Though, I do sometimes wish I could get away with Obsessive Greedy. This is an excellent adaptation of Quiet Quitting, I do believe.

I think I’m most accurately Lawful Neutral Good. It’s the educator in me that insists on helping people learn (and so I don’t have to keep solving the same #$^%$@$#^&#@$^ problem over and over, especially for the same user!).
