This release of the Object Windows Library is based on the OWL 5.4
release and is denoted as OWL 5.5. It has been ported to Borland C++Builder 5 by Yura Bidus, author of OWLNExt. It includes source code and debug and release libraries of, OWL, BIDS and OCF.
