Problem statement

Our general counsel suggests that we add a disclaimer to our icon component page to explain that social media icons are subject to separate terms and conditions, and that our inclusion of these icons does not constitute an endorsement of these services.

Solution

Our icon component page now includes the following disclaimer, provided by counsel:

Use of any social media icons placed on this page are subject to separate terms and conditions that govern the use of said icons. The General Services Administration (GSA) does not review and evaluate such agreements for anything beyond the GSA's needs, and users should make their own decisions regarding the use of such services for their own purposes. In addition, a reference to any non-federal entity does not constitute or imply its endorsement, recommendation, or favoring by GSA.

Additionally, I've added the capability to add disclaimers to any component page using a disclaimer key in the front matter.

Testing and review

1. Navigate to the Icon component page
2. "Disclaimer" should appear in in the in-page nav, just above "Latest updates"
3. Navigate to the Disclaimer section.
4. Disclaimer should include the exact text above, with the heading text "Disclaimer"
5. Changelog accurately reflects this change
