Mystery Match and Missing Tequila?!

What happened to the Don Gato tequila?

In a scene that must be seen to be believed, MLW President César Durán convened a high-level meeting… only for it to spiral into tequila toasts, title demands, and a thunderous declaration of war.

Following the triumph of Azteca Lucha — from CMLL’s sold-out Arena México to MLW packing the house in Chicago — Durán made it official: Salina de la Renta has been appointed Vice President of Wrestler Relations.

“The crown fits,” declared Salina, already scheming her next power move.

As she casually poured herself a glass of Don Gato Tequila, Salina de la Renta smirked and said, “Don Gato invited us to his casa… and when a man like that wants to talk business, you don’t show up empty-handed.” She raised the glass, letting the tequila catch the light. “We’ll bring him a bottle of his finest… and a steak for his pet jaguar. That’s how you show respect—and how you close a deal.”

But the celebration didn’t last long.

Storming into the office with gold gleaming on their shoulders, Los Depredadores — Magnus and Rugido — laid down the gauntlet: they want to fight in New York City at Summer of the Beasts… and they want to leave no doubt they’re the most dominant MLW World Tag Team Champions of all time.

President Durán granted their wish — with a twist. At Summer of the Beasts, they’ll defend the titles against a mystery team.

Magnus and Rugido? They didn’t flinch. In fact, they liked it… so much that they walked out with Durán’s prized bottle of Don Gato tequila without even a “gracias.”

Now, with the Vice Presidency in new hands, a mystery tag team lurking in the shadows, and a jaguar-sized business meeting on the horizon, one thing’s for certain: MLW is taking things to the next level — whether Durán is ready or not.

Who dares challenge Los Depredadores? Stay tuned.
