A technical change was made to the implementation of MonoBook to allow for easier maintenance and upkeep. This has resulted in some minor changes to HTML that make Monobook's HTML consistent with other skin. Efforts have been made to minimize the impact on editors, but please ping [[m:User:Jon (WMF)]] on wiki or in [[phab:T290888 | phabricator]] if any problems are reported.

1. Is that good to go? If yes, I will use it in this week's edition (to be frozen for translations tomorrow). If not, please edit.
2. Is that change rolling out with the deployment train (i.e. belongs in the "Changes this week" section)? Or is it a change from this week (so belongs in the "Recent changes" section)?
