If a guy is the father of a child and you want support then use Dept of Revenue of use a private attorney.

You would have to be able to get your license back in CO before FL would give you a license, in my opinion.

Does his siblings have rights over him? No, unless he gave them rights as in a power of attorney, or a durable power of attorney, or unless they were granted rights by the court in for instance a guardianship case.

Date? What do you mean exactly by that. Some say it includes sex, others say it does not. A child under 15 cannot consent to sex in FL, and the 17 year old can be charged with a very serious crime if sex occurs between them.

Check out the probate forms at flcourts.org or perhaps the local clerk of court website. In a summary administration, the attorneys fees are limited by statute, and you basically need to get an attorney for a probate matter, particularly formal or summary administrations.

The guy would have to spend about $340 to sue you in small claims court. The dog did not just run out to see the other dog. Read the local ordinances, either city or county, regarding animals.
