Do you really expect an answer to this without providing all of the facts? A stipulation is an agreement between parties in a lawsuit. It appears that the parties have agreed to a protective order, concerning discovery. Look up the rule.

Any attorney with experience in this area. There is most likely a government agency that you can make a complaint with about this. The state attorney general or solicitor general might be able to point you in the right direction.

If it was job-related, then workers' comp would normally apply. You can verify with a local injury and/or workers' comp lawyer.

Perhaps. Talk to a local injury lawyer asap. Remember there are strict deadlines for making legal claims, and those deadlines can be much shorter for claims against public entities.

For the suit to be effective against you, you must be a party to the mortgage loan agreement in some capacity. Alternatively, the suit may apply to you as the executor of your father's estate, if you hold that position. I would need some more details in order to answer your question better.

i am unfamiliar with hawaii law. however most states have a financial responsibility law which requires financial responsibility ( insurance ) when you operate a car. if a wreck occurs and you don't have insurance, typically your driver's license is suspended until to have resolved the damages and file the appropriate reinstatement forms and fees.

When a person dies, generally, title doesn't pass automatically. The legal entity that takes over for the deceased person, that is, their "estate" must actually deed the property over to you. The person that does this is the executor. If this hasn't been done, you should hire a local attorney to investigate for you.

You could do an internet search of the lawyer's name through Google to determine if there are any reported verdicts. A second option would be to do a search of the attorney's record through one of numerous verdict search companies--however, there would be a fee involved.
