- QSP, Inc. Recall of Flying Saucer Toys
Flying Saucer battery-powered toys with model numbers 83153 and 3321 consist of a 9-inch diameter foam saucer with a rechargeable motor at its hub with a plastic propeller under the motor. The Flying Saucer is a foam ring with seven ribs or blades between the hub and the outer ring. The propeller rotates inside the circumference of the foam ring. The toy comes with a plastic hand-held "thrust transmitter" that is used to activate and control the speed of the saucer. Each toy also comes with an AC adapter for recharging the saucer's batteries. No other models are affected.
Distributed through: School fund-raising programs nationwide from August 2004 through September 2004. None of the recalled units were sold at retail.
Manufactured In: China and Hong Kong
Remedy: Schools and fundraising officials have received notification of this recall. Consumers can return the product for a replacement prize of equal value.

- Lithonia Lighting Recall of Indoor HID Light Fixtures
These are Indoor HID light fixtures with acrylic lenses and/or reflectors. They are generally used in industrial and commercial locations such as retail spaces, warehouses, and gymnasiums. Only certain models of specific wattage lights are included in the recall. Check the Lithonia Web site for a list of the specific model and wattage combinations included. All recalled fixtures were manufactured in Crawfordsville, Indiana, and have a date of manufacture from November 2002 through October 2003. The models, wattages, city and date of manufacture, and “Lithonia” can be found on a label attached to the ballast housing. This recall also includes certain ballast repair kits.

The recall involves custom titanium bicycle frames for road bicycles manufactured and distributed by Roark. The bicycle frames have a "Titanium" sticker on the top tube and a "Roark" sticker on the down tube. Every bicycle frame is built to the unique specification of each customer and has serial number and manufactured date located on the bottom bracket. Bicycle frames affected have serial numbers 001 through 422.

The snowmobile model and serial number identification decal is located on the right front side of the tunnel. The serial number is permanently stamped into the tunnel and the model number is embossed on the decal.

Suzuki 2004-2005 model year LT-A500F Vinson, Suzuki 2004-2005 model year LT-F500F Vinson, and Suzuki 2005 model year LT-A700X KingQuad ATVs. Suzuki Vinson and KingQuad ATVs are adult-size ATVs designed for use by riders age 16 and older. Suzuki dealers sold these ATVs nationwide between July 2003 and February 2005. These ATVs are available in yellow, green, red or camouflage and have the model name (Vinson or KingQuad) on the side of the fuel tank. Only batteries used with the RCA portable DVD players with model number DRC600N are being recalled. The DRC600N model DVD player with the battery attached is about 7�-inches wide, 5�-inches deep, and 2-inches high. The cabinet housing is plastic, except for a metal "skin" on the top of the player. The metal "skin" is silver colored, and the rest of the DVD player is tan or dark gray. The logo "RCA LiFE," along with the words "DVD VIDEO" are printed on the top of the DVD Player. The battery attaches to the bottom of the DVD player.

The product is a non-motorized two-wheeled scooter with a folding hinge and an adjustable handlebar. The scooter platform is purple with a bright pink Bratz logo on the top surface. Scooters containing information identifying the product as Item No. 266563, with a date of manufacture prior to July 2004, and manufactured by Jurong Dumar Bicycle, Inc. are included in this recall. This identification information can be located either in the area directly beneath the scooter platform or at the bottom of the scooter near the rear wheel.

The style numbers were printed on the store tag only and end in: 451, 449, 448, 447, 446, 444, 435, 433, 429, 428, 424, 412, 537, 531, 530 and 526.

The gel candles come in a glass container in either 5.5-oz or 11-oz. sizes. They were sold in multiple colors and scents. There is a label on the front of the candle reading "Nature's Finest Candles." The UPC codes of the recalled candles, located on a sticker on the bottom of the candles, are 3863300100 through 3863300114 and 3863300200 through 3863300214. This recall includes only Nature's Finest gel candles. Other Nature's Finest candles are not involved in this recall.
