The arrest warrant would stay active until you are taken into custody on it. You need to get an attorney to address this warrant now.

You have not provided enough facts here. Were the charges brought for crimes committed during probation? That is most likely a violation of probation, and you need an attorney for this.

If your ex files a chapter 13 case, the chapter 13 trustee does not pursue the collection of a preferential transfer. Instead, the chapter 13 debtor is required to pay the amount that a chapter 7 trustee would be able to pay unsecured creditors had she filed a chapter 7 case and the trustee sued you to collect the preference. In performing the "liquidation test" the debtor's attorney is able to deduct the chapter 7 trustee's fees and expenses in determining what she must pay in the chapter 13...

Dating is not a crime in Minnesota. Certain sexual activity is. What you describe does not sound like it rises to the level of a mandated report. It is illegal to make a malicious or reckless false report. You may wish to consult with an attorney to address the specific facts of the case.

Are you complying with the terms of your Chapter 13 Plan? In any case, the lender would first have to file, in bankruptcy court, a motion for relief from the automatic stay, and have the motion granted. Has this happened?

If you take your parents' car without consent, wouldn't that be stealing it? And wouldn't they report it as stolen? Yes, you could be arrested for theft if you steal their car. Get their consent.
