TRAINING: Several intense sessions. Pushing the cardio while making sure the technical skills are intact. 

Thoughts on opponent, Uriah Hall? Tricky on his feet, great standup skills. Dangerous striker who isn't really dangerous anywhere else. 

When and why did you start training for fighting? Nov 2009. I love to compete, and losing isn't my thing.
