Not usually--that would be a cross claim by the clinic. But it's possible. Let your attorney deal with that.

It may be but not actionable as you'd have to show harm. Talk to your doctor about next steps. Do not mention any legal action or your own doctor may freeze.

You ask the court to change executors though I'm not hearing that she did something wrong.

You have a trespass action; why not start with the dog warden or animal control?
