Q: I was ticketed 20 mph over the Lee county. Will I be able to hire a lawyer to fix it or would I have to go to court too?

You can hire a traffic attorney and you should due to the FTA. A ticket like this would normally be under $400 but with the FTA expect to be quoted in the $600's any quote over $800 and you should likely keep shopping.

If father is not legitimized and you were not married then notice by publication should suffice, if that is even needed. Talk to a local attorney about handling this for you.
Q: WHO OWNS THE DITCH, WE HAVE 226 OF ROAD FRONTAGE YET MY NEIGHBORS CONTINUE TO USE OUR PROPERTY

To get the answer to your question, you need a title search and a survey. A lawyer can help you get and read those things. Without them, any answer you get is questionable and useless.
Q: Can i get custody of my kids back from the courts My mother was given custody cause i was in jail and the bio mom was
Q: My husband's ex voluntarily put his son in a group home in 2009. Now incarcerated and 21. Still have to pay support?

Being his POA has nothing to do with child support. Child support is governed by the order that establishes the child support. Get a copy of this order and take it to a local attorney to discuss whether support is still owed at this time. Child support is primarily about record keeping, so make sure you take any records of payment you may have with you to any consultation.
