Q: My husband's ex voluntarily put his son in a group home in 2009. Now incarcerated and 21. Still have to pay support?

Being his POA has nothing to do with child support. Child support is governed by the order that establishes the child support. Get a copy of this order and take it to a local attorney to discuss whether support is still owed at this time. Child support is primarily about record keeping, so make sure you take any records of payment you may have with you to any consultation.
