Can the NY order be Modified to end support at 18 or am I forced to pay until 21 even though the child no longer resides here? Is it possible to close NY and file in GA so that support ends at 18?

Why not post this in the Georgia forum and ask a Georgia attorney? New York attorneys can not answer this. Whatever state the child has resided for 6 months has jurisdiction.
