Q: Can I still apply for court supervision even if I don't technically qualify?

I was driving 25 mph over the speed limit, but I was going below 90. Normally, I know that you can qualify for court supervision if you're going 25 or below, but in the county I was pulled over in it is 20 mph and below. Could I still apply? I'm 17 and this is my first speeding ticket.

You need to appear in court and request Court Supervision. It is advisable to have an attorney with you in court.

The court appoints attorneys to represent defendants. The request to appoint an attorney should be made to the Judge presiding over the defendant's case. This can be done at the next court setting of the case in question.

If it is just referencing, you may be ok

IF you are taking content created by somebody else and putting it in your product or as the result of your product, you would need authorization from those owners.
