You would need to check with them as to who their databases are shared with and who has access to them. But even if it was to show up in a search, there is no fault or wrongdoing in being a victim. Good luck

Q: Can a campground legally refuse to let you leave?
Tim Akpinar
Tim Akpinar answered on Sep 17, 2020

A Tennessee attorney could answer best, but your question remains open for four weeks. For a private facility, it might depend on the facts -... Read more »

A California attorney could answer best, but your post remains open for two weeks. Unless dockage in the slip was covered in the sales contract, or the seller made arrangements for continued berthing as a courtesy, it's possible the facility is within its rights to order removal of the boat.... Unsure of your question. Title is not transferred until the State DOS issues a new Certificate of Title. You can claim an ownership interest in a forfeiture proceeding if you timely assert your claim. Getting sued in tort for a wreck is sometimes defended if actual possession is not transferred... Q: how can i find out why a background check for a hand gun was denied by the state of tenn.

how do you check on a application for concealed permit after you have taken the written test , fire range test, finger printing and paid application at driver station. also after filing appeal on purchase of a hand gun denial?

Anthony M. Avery
Anthony M. Avery answered on Aug 31, 2020

If you filed the Appeal, really a Declaratory Judgment Action, the State must put on grounds to continue the denial or agree to the issuance. Usually a cryptic charge with a date is given the applicant. Apparently something is wrong and you need an attorney.
