I’ve got a two point violation of reckless driving in California. I was driving on an unknown road at night and did not know I was driving on the wrong side. I did traffic school and got a letter back saying I was not legible and would get refunded. What can I do now ?

Their mother lives 2.5 hrs away. I know getting my ex to agree to allowing the move would be easier but can she stop me from moving??? I'm not going to deny her from the set visitation schedule, will just be in a different part of the state, same distance.

Small estate that shouldn't require probate. He did not have a will but I was beneficiary to his life insurance. Is there an easier way to provide them this information.

There is a section of the Probate code that provides for the non probate administration of small estates. The property manager changed the effective date to 12/7 which would cause is to be late on rent as it’s due the 1st. Our lease ends 11/30. Can I tell them to send a new renewal offer without increase as they failed the 90 day law?

I am not sure I follow but it sounds as if you are on a fixed term lease which expires 11/30/20 and now have gotten a renewal offer with a rent raise while only being provided 87 days notice.
