Q: My father refused to do a will & put myself and 3 siblings on the deed. Do we all have to agree to sell after his death?

Fourth sibling lives in house and won’t consider selling even though she has no income to pay even the basic bills.

Q: My neighbor has a right away on my property. If they developed their land can they build it into a roadway?

It’s a shortcut to that part of their property. They can access it from their property but they’d have to go the long way around.

The State of Florida does not recognize common law marriage. In fact, most states do not. You do not say why you want it recognized but depending on the reason, you may want to consult with an attorney that has that area of expertise.

Good luck!

You can be mailed a citation so long as the officer files it in court within 30 days of the offense. If you do receive a citation, plead not guilty as you would be looking at a 4 point offense at that speed. Many times we can go to court and get the speed and the points reduced, hopefully to a zero... Read more »
