Q: 2021 What is the law in NH for a person with a 25 year old felony owning a bow and using it for hunting in NH?

If the person has a felony on his or her record then he can't possess a dangerous weapon. It doesn't matter how old the felony is.

Q: If the grandparents have temporary guardianship of my child, can they keep me from seeing/spending time with my child?

They may be able to if the guardianship paperwork does not make provisions for you to spend time with the child. Oftentimes, the guardianship gives the guardian full control over the child. Q: If house is left to 3 siblings , do all siblings have to sign for the sale of the house ?

My understanding of Will is I own 1/3 . Will siblings need my signature to sell house ?

The simple answer is- yes. Your siblings cannot sell/transfer your interest in the real estate if you are a record owner of it. Q: Should I include DHA in my lawsuit against a tenant who trashed my property?

They were supposed to perform regular views of the home and failed to do so.

They have ignored my calls.

I’ve reported (on their website form) my tenant (to DHA) for using fraudulent info to obtain funds.

I'm not sure why this is labeled Criminal Law but a lawsuit to recover money is always some flavor of civil law... consult an attorney with experience suing the government to find out about the immunity issues.

You basically have to wait. But check the online info site periodically to see if there are any updates. Communication with USCIS is on a simplex basis, so requires patience.
