More information is needed. If your EAD was based upon c(09) status, then it was due to a pending adjustment of status at that time. However, you never adjusted status. The "Decree of Dissolution of Marriage" is the "divorce decree". That is just what Colorado calls a divorce.

I know you cannot appeal simply because you don’t like the outcome but how does an appeal work if the facts weren’t all the way clear in trial and the jury does not believe the defense?
