Insurance fraud is a crime, so contact the police. You can also contact the Medical Board, which licenses and disciplines physicians. dca.ca.gov/consumers/complaints/medbd.shtml

You can also retain an attorney to file your own lawsuit against the medical providers under the Insurance...

This seems problematic, but more information is needed and quite soon! How long ago have you fallen out of status? Have you engaged in unlawful employment? Q: Can a landlord come into the property if the tenant is under self quarantine? Also, how often?

He thinks he is entitled to claim our son; he works OT every week half on books half off. He claimed him this year and screwed me. He doesn’t even dress him in clothes that fit him. He also doesn’t think dinner visits are acceptable as in order and rather than listen to him complain I gave in... Read more »

Under IRS rules, the custodial parent is the one that claims the child. This may be changed if you sign the appropriate IRS form releasing the exemption or there is a written agreement between the two of you that says he gets to claim the child.

More information is needed. If your EAD was based upon c(09) status, then it was due to a pending adjustment of status at that time. However, you never adjusted status. We need more information on what took place around 2007 that prevented you from becoming a lawful permanent resident before... Read more »
