If the writ of possession has been issued, no, it appears that court hearings are over. Expect a police officer to serve you with the writ any time and, at that time, remove you from the premises. Did your response to the summons get filed in court?

Q: we won a unlawful detainer and the Writ paperwork was served and the policeman came and removed them from the home

Do they have any certain time to remove their property or can I get rid of it?

Usually the judge will have addressed that issue. If not, and if you have an address for them, give them a written notice that if they don't pick up their stuff in so many days that you will dispose of it.

Q: If I suffered from acute kidney failure after being given vancomycin post surgery for an abscessed bump.

Continued use of medicine that continued kidney failure. Salmonella poisoning and Pneumonia.

Q: My wife and I, (named Cross-Defendents in the complaint) have been served a Summons by a Cross-Complainant.

You must file the Answer with the court at the filing window in the clerks office. You have to serve a copy of the Answer on all of the attorneys representing parties presently in the case, both the attorney who filed the original complaint, and the attorney who filed and served you with the... Q: Can an HOA in Oregon refuse to install a mailbox at the residence of a disabled elderly person?

All paperwork frm doctor and postmaster have been forwarded and HOA refusing to install when other members elderly members in community have mailbox at their home as opposed to community mailbox. Likely the senior will need to install the mailbox or mail slot at their home and inform the Postal Service.
