Q: My divorce attorney who I fired because he never reached a settlement is now over a year later wants $8000.

I never received the first certified letter allowing me to file for arbitration - had collection agency now threatening court.

File a grievance he has to bill every 60 days under the milonas rules Call the bar association and ask for arbitration. Assuming you have or had case with Family Court, you would need to file a Motion for Relocation.

If you do not have a case then you would first need to file for divorce; custody or legal separation depending on your circumstances, then in this case you can file yourMotion for Relocation....

Q: Do I need an SR22 in California if my DUI conviction is over 10 years old?

remember there are 2 entities after you on a DUI.......besides the court there is DMV and they won't reissue a license without an SR22.

some classes can be done on line... since Covid.

No, if you mean that you pre-paid the lease payment for the last month, and it is a 12-month lease.
