He is fixated on harming me. I'm frighten terribly!

You might be prosecuted, yes. Firing the weapon, whether or not you hit him, might be regarded as a criminal assault. Instead, seek a restraining order from the courts, and/or call the police.
He's out of jail and he comes everyday and destroy our property and trying to harm me.

Ask the court that he be held in contempt for violating the order. And call the police, as well as his probation or parole officer, if your stepson has one.

One would have to read the document.
My 13 y/o son doesn’t follow this man, the coach just reached out to him without our parental consent and he’s a convicted felon on top of it. Am I onntje position to file a legal complaint and suit against this person.

If he is the coach of your son's team, then there may be a reasonable explanation for the texts. If the contents of the texts are inappropriate, or unrelated to the team your son is on and appear to be an effort to "groom" or entice your son into a relationship outside of the team,... Read more »

Some states do allow expungement depending on the types of charges. I am not sure about the charges considered or requirements to do so in Georgia. I would consult an attorney in your area familiar with this process. I know in Alabama, you would need to have completed all requirements of your... Read more »
Was listed and had showings the following day. We also had written agreement by text between landlord and their listing agents to extend the lease until after the holidays (1/1/2022). Is that a valid agreement in the state of Florida?

The landlord doesn't need to give written notice to show the house, just reasonable notice, unless the lease or rental agreement provides otherwise. And yes, a text message would probably be regarded as a written agreement.

It looks like you are searching for an attorney. It could be difficult for someone to reach out to you with the format here. You could reach out to attorneys. There is a Find-a-Lawyer tab above. You could use that, or you could conduct your own independent searches. Good luck

Technically, you would file an action to quiet title. Or you would ask that person to sign the title over to you. Otherwise you treat it as abandoned property, and have it disposed of. To cover yourself I would suggest you notify the police first.
Does that mean the person is still banned from the store?

Not sure what you have done, but it appears that you know not to go to that business again. Criminal Trespass, or worse, will probably occur otherwise.
eviction notice served now guest refused to pay any things and said will go to the court. does this applies to daily paying guest? any law prohibits police to kick the guest?

Likely yes. Especially since they were compensating you for the space. Even without a formal lease they now have a legal interest in the residence that needs to be addressed prior to eviction.
Sorry!
During the time of living under their roof at the age of 18, I required an attorney for something that I had done, it had been settled and after moving out of my own volition they have told me I have to pay them back for hiring the attorney when there were no agreements prior to me paying them... It would be an odd case, but the facts would control. If there was no agreement then it would appear their hiring was a gift and it would be very difficult for them to recover. If there was some sort of agreement, the court would evaluate that agreement.
Both would likely be a waste of... Read more »
The home was inherited to my boyfriend and his aunt from his grandmother who owned the house but left it to my boyfriend and his aunt. She is threatened to make him leave, but yet he's taken care of the house and lived in it for the past 2 years. The aunt has her own home in north Carolina.

They can ask for partition which is a fancy way of saying sell the house and split the proceeds. They can't make him leave but they have an equal right of possession.
The people are over the age of 18, and the artist is bloodborne pathogen certified.

The person doesn't have to be licensed but they can't tattoo someone under 18.
I was citing for having lights inside vehicle in a private parking lot in York Pa. $1000 fine, help! Pls!

The problem is you drove to the parking lot. The statutes should be on your citation.
If you have improper equipment then you can be cited for operating a vehicle without the correct equipment assuming you are not on your own land--because you had to get there.

Not sure what you mean by the right thing--if they are paying for the repair to the body shop, then they would be doing the right thing.

Based on these brief facts, it sounds like it might be a difficult case. As a starting point, review the agreement you entered into. Look at the terms for cancellation. Three observations: (1) if you are harboring a fugitive (e.g., he's living with you and you are allowing him to hide out and conceal his whereabouts), or you are secretly providing him money and a car, etc., then you could be charged criminally for doing those things; (2) you are under no...
