It would likely be a simple hearing where the judge will instruct you. However, I would ask your lawyer more information to make sure you are prepared.

Court proceedings get delayed all the time and the prosecutor may not reach out to you until it’s very close in time to them actually having to do something. You can always reach out to them for updates.

Likely the landlord or the agent of the landlord will file with the court enforcing judgment against you for violation of the settlement and obtain a writ of possession to remove you from the premises.

You need to file a claim of exemption within 20 days of receiving notice of the levy. You also might want to contact the judge's judicial assistant to see how soon a hearing can be held.
