Q: Would I have an Illegal Search & Seizure case?

While sitting at a private property in vehicle the police pulls up with lights on, guns out & aggressive stating the car was reported stolen & proceeded with a search. They find a gun. Takes the property and let me go. (Car was never reported stolen) (gun was not mine either)

While the dealer certainly exposes himself to possible charges his testimony that he delivered drugs to your son could of course wind your son up in trouble as well. Your son should be working with an attorney.

It sounds like the realtor is interfering with the lease. You should contact a consumer protection and landlord tenant attorney to address this!
