The City will have put a repair lien on your property, which accrues interest at 18%. Pay the lien and fix the building, or the City will sell it to pay the lien, leaving you with nothing.

Q: a divorce and decree order if one spouse was awarded sole property but both spouses are on the ownership can 1 evict

Someone would need to be able to hear you if you were charged as their must have been a complainant. If not you may have a good defense. If charged speak with a good criminal lawyer. Most of us criminal lawyers offer a free in office consultation.

First of all DO NOT PAY a contractor untill they are completely finished with the job.

If you do there is a presumption that you were satisfied.
