Q: How to transfer a will to another County?

Will is Gordon County and Probate is in Cobb.

I assume the Will is on file in the Gordon County Probate Court and the person who died is in Cobb County? If so, file your petition in Cobb and ask the court to contact Gordon County to have the will sentr to Cobb .

You need to call your own automobile liability insurance carrier. They will provide a defense for you. After you do that, you can hire a plaintiff's lawyer to assert your claims for you.

You may even consider adjusting to LPR is currently married to a USC spouse absent precluding criminal history and having proper admission to the US on a valid J-1.

Likely a formality to take possession. But you may want to contact opposing counsel to enter into a consent Judgment for possession only without money damages. You may want to retain a lawyer to ensure there is no money judgment against you.
