There are basically three types of Deeds: Quit-Claim; Warranty; and Special Warranty Deeds. To create an estate for the child, there will need to be a Deed conveyance to him.

Q: How long can a state suspend your drivers licence even if you did nt get them in that stare

I got to duis in wyoming in 2005 and then moved to va and had a valid drivers licence then va issued me a licence then let me have it for a prosment 5 mins then suspended it

Most states respect other states' laws, as long as judgments were rendered with die process. VA issued you a valid DL for 5 minutes. Q: Can I still file for divorce in the state of Florida if mine and my wife's mail goes to an out of state address?

My wife and I are temporarily residing in Zirconia, NC. Our mail is sent here. However, our license plates, drivers licenses & so on are registered to the state of FL still. Yes, at least one of you would probably be considered a Florida resident. Being "temporarily relocated to" another state doesn't mean you don't remain a Florida resident.
