It's an old negligence case but the first of its sort where there was a hole or uneven grass at a NY stadium (I think it was yankees) and someone in the outfield when chasing a ball stepped in it and injured his ankle. I used to know it but have forgotten.

Generally in NJ it is ok for a beneficiary to be a witness to the will, however it is not the best practice to do so and could cause issues later.

You don't need a lawyer to get him on child support. Go to your local child support enforcement agency office and apply, in person, for a support order for your children. They will handle the rest.
