Q: In Michigan do we pay taxes after selling deceased parents home

They had no will and we just sold it ( a few years after they passed after getting permission from courts).

There are 7 children splitting the money whom each get about $8,000 each.

They had no other assets or estate to speak of

Did you already pay the inventory fee to the probate court? Other than that, there shouldn't be.

You can fight. Request a formal hearing. You won't win as a matter of law. Police have discretion; people do things in front of cops all the time - sometimes the cop just lets them slide, other times they just don't see it happen. Q: Can my property manager tell me who I can have babysitting my child?

My property manager told me my sister is not allowed on property. Even though she has done nothing wrong,. The property manager is of the company who owns the property or just part of HOA? If he or she is part of the company, whether your sister staying in the property constitutes a breach of contract is a question of the lease. You can have a lawyer to review the lease for you. No. Commercial Banks are allowed to choose who they want to lend money to.

Banks usually lend only to rich people, and no one ever complains about that.
