I was involved in a traffic accident in St Barths, France, in 2021. They police came and took a report but I have not heard anything since. I now need to travel to France and need to learn how to find out whether there will be any problems when I arrive.

It could be difficult to get meaningful guidance for this here. The questions and answers on this forum deal mainly with U.S. law. This is something that an attorney (or an investigator) in France would have insight into. Good luck
