Q: If an officer asks me to put my phone (which is recording) down during an arrest do I have to obey?

Assume I am standing with my hands in the air, not moving. Cops are walking towards me yelling for me to put the phone down. Broad daylight. Cops can clearly tell it is a phone.

Q: I'm being charged with fraud & all I did was cash money orders my boss had sent to me.

I got a court summons from Massachusetts I'm being charged with larceny over $250 from disabled. How do I handle this? I'm a heart patient & I live in CA, I can't be making a trip like that.

A South Dakota attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. I can't speak for state-specific law, but in general, hospitals can do that.
