Q: I am an US citizen, my fiancé is Venezuelan.

He lives in Colombia though and is unable to return to Venezuela to get a police record that shows he is not a criminal. Would this not allow him to come to America and marry me? He also does not have access to a Venezuelan embassy

Q: On 03/09/2021I was injured in a car accident that I was not responsible for. Sustained injuries. Offer was $50,00.00

I sustained fractured sternum, fractured ribs, large contusion on cheek bone. No follow up due to there is nothing they could do for those types of injuries. The accident happened in Medford, Oregon.

If that is their policy limits, it is probably reasonable. However, before you accept policy limits you need permission from your own insurance company to accept. Q: If an investment account has the estate of the owner as the TOD beneficiary, will probate be avoided?

No. If the estate is named as the beneficiary the financial institution will require a Personal Representative (the term for Executor in Oregon) to be appointed by the Court in order to receive the investment account balance.

Q: Dad passed in OR this year. How do I get the will? How long does the Executor have to contact me?

Executor in WA is my sibling. I am in AK. Other sibling reports Executor claims to have contacted all siblings to ask permission to dispose of certain assets. I have not been contacted. Executor is unwilling to communicate but I understand by law they are required to contact me.
